The students shall undertake to refrain from doing anything, which may cause injury or insult to the Head of the Institution, teachers, and other staff of the Institution.
Every student is required to undergo a period of certified study extending over not less than five academic years between the date of commencement of his/her study of the subjects comprising the medical curriculum and the date of his / her final qualifying examination, provided that the last three years have been spent in the study of the clinical group subjects.
Any student found at any time to be unsuitable to become a good doctor can be asked by the Principal to leave the course.
Students are required to observe orders and disciplines at all times in the College and Hospital.

Smoking within the LMCL campus is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy is liable to punishment as per law and disciplinary proceedings of LMCL.
No game of any sort is to be played during College academic hours in the College.
Any student breaking or damaging any College property shall be required to pay the cost of repair or replacement.
No student on admission is allowed to seek employment of any nature or admission to any other College or Institution, nor he/she should have any connection with a private Dispensary or Clinic. He / She shall not pose or work as a medical practitioner.
Any student taking part in politics or provoking communal/tribal feelings shall be dealt with under the college disciplinary rules as deemed fit by the Principal LMCL.
An academic and general record of every student shall be maintained by the College and the Parents/guardians will be informed when necessary.

Every student must possess an identity card signed by the student Affairs Section of Principal LMCL, Loralai.
All irregularities, neglect of duties, and branches of discipline brought to the notice of the Principal by the Teacher concerned shall be dealt with under disciplinary rules.

The decision of the Principal as Chairman Academic Council in all cases will be final.
The academic council of the College comprises the Heads and professors of the Departments of the College, with the Principal as its Chairman. It meets as and when desired to discuss and advise on academic and disciplinary matters.
The traveling concession shall only be recommended during the notified College holidays and that too for the home town as intimated by the student in his / her admission form.
UN-disbursed scholarship, if not claimed within a month from the due date, will be refunded to the Government.
On completion of studies, provisional or other certificates will only be issued on the production of No dues certificates from the Cashier, Warden, and Librarian. If at any later stage Govt: money is still found outstanding against the individuals, it will be recoverable as Land Revenue.
Internship for a period of one year shall be compulsory for every student after passing the Final Professional MBBS Examination.
Meetings or other activities of a political nature are not allowed on the College premises.
No outsider person shall be invited to address a Meeting on the College premises without the permission of the Principal. In all cases, a responsible person approved for the purpose by the Principal shall occupy the Chair. The subject for address or debate shall be fixed after obtaining the approval of the Principal in advance.
